ସ୍ଥାନ ଓ ସମୟ / Place and time
ନୂଆପାଟଣା–ମାଣିଆବନ୍ଧ ପ୍ରେରିତ କାଳ୍ପନିକ ବୁଣାପଡ଼ାରେ ପିଲାଙ୍କ ଭ୍ରମଣ। ଏହା ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସ୍ଥାୟୀ ଘରର ଠିକଣା ନୁହେଁ।
The children visit a fictional weaving neighbourhood inspired by Nuapatna–Maniabandha. This does not establish their permanent home.

ଭାବର ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ / The performance turn
ଜୋରରେ ବାନ୍ଧିବାର ଗର୍ବ → ନିଜେ ଅଟକିବା → ସାହାଯ୍ୟ ନେଇ ପୁଣି କରିବା।

ପୋଷାକ ଓ ଚଳନ / Clothing and movement
ନୀଳୁର ଛୋଟ ଲାଲ ସୂତା ସାର୍ଟ, ତା’ ନିଜ ବାମ ପଟେ ନୀଳ ପକେଟ୍ ଓ କ୍ରିମ୍ ରଙ୍ଗର ଛୋଟ ପ୍ୟାଣ୍ଟ। ଚଇତିର ନୀଳ ଢିଲା ଟ୍ୟୁନିକ୍‌ର ବେକରେ ସରୁ ସୁନେଲି ଧାର ଓ ମାଟିଆ ହଳଦିଆ ପ୍ୟାଣ୍ଟ। ବସିବା ଓ ଉଠିବା ସହ ଅଣ୍ଟା ଓ ଆଣ୍ଠୁର କୁଞ୍ଚ ବଦଳିବ। ବୁଣାକାରଙ୍କ ସାଧା ଶାଢ଼ୀ, ସରୁ ନୀଳ ଧାର ଓ ଛୋଟ ହାତର ବ୍ଲାଉଜ୍ ପୂର୍ବ ଅଧ୍ୟୟନରୁ ରହିବ। କାମବେଳେ କାନି ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରିତ; ଏହା ଜଣେ କାଳ୍ପନିକ ମଣିଷଙ୍କ ପୋଷାକ, ସମସ୍ତ ବୁଣାକାରଙ୍କ ନୁହେଁ।
Nilu wears a short red cotton shirt with a blue pocket on his anatomical left and cream cropped trousers. Chaiti wears a loose blue tunic with a narrow gold neckline and muted ochre trousers. Folds at the waist and knees respond to sitting and rising. The weaver retains the previous study’s plain sari, narrow blue border and short-sleeved blouse, with the sari end kept clear of the work. This is one fictional person’s wardrobe, not a uniform for weavers.

ପ୍ରତି ଦୃଶ୍ୟରେ ମେଳ / Continuity between shots
କେବଳ ଅଭ୍ୟାସ ପାଇଁ ଖାଲି କପଡ଼ା ପୁଡ଼ିଆ ଓ ମୋଟା ସୂତା ଡୋର। ତନ୍ତର ସୂତା ନୁହେଁ। ବୁଣାକାରଙ୍କ ହାତ କାନି ତଳୁ ସ୍ୱଚ୍ଛନ୍ଦରେ ଚଳିବ।
An empty practice cloth parcel and thick cotton cord, not yarn from the loom. The weaver’s arms move freely beneath the secured sari end.

ଦୃଶ୍ୟ 1 · 0–12 ସେକେଣ୍ଡ / Scene 1 · 0–12 seconds
ଚଇତି ଖାଲି କପଡ଼ା ପୁଡ଼ିଆରେ ଡୋର ବାନ୍ଧେ। ପ୍ରଥମ ଗଣ୍ଠି ଉପରେ ଆଉ ଗୋଟିଏ ପକାଏ।
Chaiti ties a cord around an empty practice parcel and adds another knot over the first.
ଧ୍ୱନି / Sound: ଡୋର ଓ କପଡ଼ା ଘଷିବାର ଶବ୍ଦ। / Cord rubbing against cloth.
ଚଇତି: ଏବେ ଆଉ ଖୋଲିବନି!
Chaiti: Now it won’t come undone!

ଦୃଶ୍ୟ 2 · 12–24 ସେକେଣ୍ଡ / Scene 2 · 12–24 seconds
ବୁଣାକାର ହାତ ପାତନ୍ତି। ଚଇତି ପୁଡ଼ିଆ ଦିଏ। ସେ ପୁଣି ଚଇତିକୁ ଫେରାଇଦିଅନ୍ତି।
The weaver holds out a hand. Chaiti passes the parcel over; the weaver passes it back.
ଧ୍ୱନି / Sound: ଛୋଟ ବିରାମ। / A short pause.
ବୁଣାକାର: ଭଲ। ଏବେ ଖୋଲି ଦେଖା।
Weaver: Good. Now show me how it opens.

ଦୃଶ୍ୟ 3 · 24–40 ସେକେଣ୍ଡ / Scene 3 · 24–40 seconds
ଚଇତି ଗଣ୍ଠି ଟାଣେ, ଛାଡ଼େ। ବୁଣାକାରଙ୍କୁ ଚାହିଁ ପୁଡ଼ିଆ ମଝିରେ ରଖେ। ଦୁହେଁ ଧୀରେ ଗଣ୍ଠି ଢିଲା କରନ୍ତି।
Chaiti tugs at the knot, then stops. She looks at the weaver and sets the parcel between them. Together they slowly loosen it.
ଧ୍ୱନି / Sound: ଡୋରର ହାଲୁକା ଶବ୍ଦ; ନୀରବ କାମ। / Quiet cord sounds while they work.
ଚଇତି: ଟିକେ ସାହାଯ୍ୟ କରିବେ?
Chaiti: Will you help me a little?

ଦୃଶ୍ୟ 4 · 40–54 ସେକେଣ୍ଡ / Scene 4 · 40–54 seconds
ବୁଣାକାର ଢିଲା ଫାଶ ଦେଖାନ୍ତି। ଚଇତି ତାକୁ ଖୋଲେ, ନିଜେ ପୁଣି ବାନ୍ଧେ, ପୁଣି ଖୋଲେ। ଶେଷରେ ନିଜେ ହସେ।
The weaver demonstrates a loose loop. Chaiti opens it, ties it again herself, then opens it once more. She smiles at her own test.
ଧ୍ୱନି / Sound: କପଡ଼ାର ଶବ୍ଦ ଓ ମୃଦୁ ହସ। / Cloth sounds and a quiet laugh.
