ସାଆନ୍ତ — ବସ୍ ତାହେଲେ। ଏ ଗାଁରେ ଜଣେ ବୁଢ଼ୀ ବାଟୋଇଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ପାଣି ରଖୁଥିଲା।

Saanta — Sit, then. An old woman in this village used to keep water for travellers.

ଓଡ଼ିଆ
ଦିନେ ପାଣି ସରିଗଲା। ଜଣେ ବାଟୋଇ କୂଅରୁ ଆଣି ଘଡ଼ା ଭରିଦେଲା। ତା’ପରେ ଆଉ ଜଣେ।
